Change or Reset Password – Get Log-In and Log-Out Info
Whether you forgot your password and need to reset it, or want to change your password for security reason, or you just have questions about Doky Sign-In or Sign-Out processes, you will find what you need here.

For security reasons, if it has been 24 hours since you accessed Doky, Doky will require you to go through the Sign In process again. This requires three clicks. To make this easier, Doky can remember passwords if you’re using a device that you’ve already used to log into Doky.
1. Go to https://go.doky.io/login (click “Sign In” in the top right-hand corner of Doky or from your account settings menu).
2. Click “Change Account” to bring up a list all your Doky accounts.
3. Click the “Sign In” button.

Note: when prompted for your email address at log in, use your Doky email address, not the external email address you associated with Doky when you created your account.

If you have integrated accounts, you may also be able to log in using Gmail.
1. Go to https://doky.net/login (click “Sign In” in the top right-hand corner of Doky or from your account settings menu).
2. Click “Change Account”.
3. Click the “Log In with Google” button and follow the prompts.

Unless you are using a device that is shared with others, or toggling between multiple Doky accounts, it may not be necessary to log out of Doky at all. However, you may do so by clicking on the account settings menu at the top right-hand corner of the screen, next to your image icon. From there, click “Sign Out”.
